The following is republished with permission from a Jeppesen-sponsored a webinar entitled “EASA Requirements for Non-Commercial Operators.”

Air OPS Annex VI Part-NCC obliges non-commercial operators of complex motor-powered aircraft to fulfill new legal requirements effective August 25, 2016. Beside others, it requires the Operator to:

  • Establish a Management System
  • Create an Operations Manual and a tail-sign specific Minimum Equipment List (MEL)
  • Nominate persons as applicable to the operation
  • Assign the aircraft to a CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation)
  • Show compliance by establishing an audit plan
  • Provide declaration to the Competent Authority

The fulfillment of these tasks should be proportional to the size and complexity of the operation. Based on Jeppesen’s long-time experience in serving Business Aviation and Airline Operators, Jeppesen provides fitted solutions to help you master these new requirements.
