Acceptable SMS Behaviours What Are They?

IS-BAO Requirement 3.2.1.a S4: “Is there a safety policy that clearly indicate which types of behaviours are unacceptable related to the organization’s aviation activities and include the circumstances under which disciplinary action would not apply?”

A good understanding of the process used to correct errors and violations as stated below are paramount in maintaining SMS communications with personnel.
